ABOUT YOUR COACH
Hey, I'm Rashidat
I specialize in helping Black women like you redefine their identity without work as the core and take action to become that woman.
I give Black women a real, hands-on process to go from being a Strong Black Woman to soft, feminine, & rested using coaching, resources, community.
After burning out as a fashion designer in corporate America, I figured out how to finally build the lifestyle freedom I enjoy now. From helping Black women let go of being ‘on’ all the time to redefining and living life on our terms, I help many little Black girls who feel stuck in being an uber-responsible Black woman find their way to grow and become the woman God has always known them to be.
Now I get the freedom to work and live anywhere in the world, while being able to be in my friends and families’ lives without having to ask for time off.

Is there a fee for this call?
Nope! It's completely free and you don't need to commit to buying my program. We're going to talk about your dreams and create a plan to create them. If the vibe feels good and you're exited about this plan then we'll talk about what it looks like for us to work together to execute you plan. But no matter what, you'll leave this call being able to take ACTION!
Who do I usually work with?
First and foremost, I work with and create content for us - Black Women! I'm so passion about it not just because I am one, but because we deserve the freedom we dream of and its going to take us helping each other to make it happen for all of us. There's no pulling yourself up by your own bootstraps. I'm here you for YOU, sis.
In addition, I work with other races and genders in a 1:1 capacity, while my online spaces and community is reserved for Black women.
What exactly do I sell?
Courses that walk you through a streamlined process; Coaching that helps you apply the process; and Community that holds you accountable to doing the work so you can get results. During this conversation, as get clear on your needs and next steps, I'll personalize what will work best for you if we decide to work together.
How much does it cost to work with me?
In addition to my freebies, I have my 12 week program that help you quit being a strong Black woman, redefine who you are beyond your job title, and take actions to become that woman. It's a comprehensive process that gets real results once completed. That being said, my approach isn't for everyone. During this call we'll help you make sure I'm the best fit for your investment. Investments average $3000 and 3 months of working together (and yes, I offer payment plans & funding options).

No worries! We can discuss doing a 90 minute intensive session. Just let me know when we get on the call!
